Allmech Fabs Pvt. Ltd.The Company was established by our mentor, Mr. Biju Moothala Proprietor who has 25 years experience. We have 35 employees working in 10,000sq feet work area we have been able to gain commendable position in the market in such short period of time. Owing to our customer centric approach, which was implemented in our company since its establishment, we have catered to a huge clientele across different markets of India
Machinery
As per the standard procedure, we are well equipped with all the needed hardcore machinery that helps us in the manufacturing of needed subparts that our clientele specify.
Some of the important Machinery that we possess:
1. Hydraulic Shearing machine with capacity: 2500 x 6mm thickness.
2. Press brake with capacity: 2500 x 4mm thickness bending
3. Power Press -10 ton capacity
4. Spot welding machine
5. Co2 Welding machines.
6. Cranes – 5 Ton Capacity & 3 Ton Capacity.
7. Gas Cutting M/c – 3mtrs wide and 9mtr length, upto 150mm thk.
8. Generator – Kirloskar make 63 KVA
Our Infrastructure
Harbouring ourselves with a vast space of 10000 square feet, we possess 5 and 3-ton capacity cranes that are working multiple shifts. It is important to note that, we do have a Kirloskar make generator for 24 hour backup.
We have added an additional facility (Unit No.2) of 6000sq.ft, which is situated 2+ kms away from our Unit No.1. This would support us for additional work loads.
